MCHAP finalist author Rafael Iglesia talked about the design concepts behind his Altamira Residential Building as part of the Inaugural MCHAP Award Celebration on October 22nd, 2014. Iglesia, who had recently suffered a stroke, was unable to travel to Chicago to take part in the symposium but delivered his remarks via video.
