LECTURE: Woodhouse Tinucci Architects

Woodhouse Tinucci Architects will deliver a lecture, "The Shape of Practice," on Monday, Oct. 29 at 6 p.m. in S. R. Crown Hall.

Woodhouse Tinucci Architects is an innovative design and idea practice specializing in architecture, interior design, programming, and planning projects. Their projects span small and large, from public to private: all are critically important to us. In each, we search for the most appropriate, inventive, and relevant solutions by evaluating all criteria and by treating every constraint as an opportunity. In 2018, Woodhouse Tinucci received an AIA Small Projects Award for their Rosewood Park Beach Improvements Project.

David Woodhouse has been widely recognized for his architectural work in the Chicago region, and for a series of innovative public projects that reflect, respect and celebrate the values of the communities his designs serve.

Andy Tinucci's work has led him towards architectural research where he is currently exploring the role of institutions in our culture as well as the changing shape of architectural practice. His work has been recognized with awards such as the Architectural Record Houses Award and the AIA Chicago Distinguished Building Award, and it has been published internationally in over sixty publications.
