Arch 114 - First Year B.Arch. students final review Apr. 29 @ 2 p.m.
IIT Architecture Chicago's first year B.Arch. students, for their final project of the year, have constructed 15 wooden pavilions, to be positioned in various locations on the IIT campus and Bronzeville starting Apr. 29 at 2 p.m. Each of the 15 groups of 4 students has, as their client, a member of the IIT faculty representing a certain discipline or administrative area; 2 groups have clients form the Bronzeville community.
The students have worked together with their clients to create something that meets the needs of that particular client and/or administrative unit. The students had a given size and given type and quantity of material to work with ensuring that the project was very real. The clients are:
